White label credit card app
An easy adapteble design for different Credit card brands
To set the personas for the consumer profile and pinpoint the target market and still have in mind that she needed to develop a white lable design suitable to fit different brands Julia held interviews and did observations with Entercards support team and Entercards end users witch gave her important insights for how she would go forward with the UI/UX and visual design for the white labled app so that she could build a product concept based on the target market. After three month intensive hard work the app got a modern, easy to use, accessible remake both in visual communication as well as in user experience.
Entercards white lable apps has around 2 million users in 3 countries, developed for 8 different brands (including Remember, Coop, Swedbank), in 4 languages. It is a native app for iPhone and Android. Julia also took responsibility for creating a comprehensive “design library” and a design manual for Entercard to use as a foundation for easy management.
With the app, you can see your balance, pay invoices, transfer money, apply for a card or loan and much more.
