Export Assistance for small businesses
Julia, as the lead UI/UX and Graphic Designer, played a pivotal role in developing the design for a new concept. This concept was based on insights gathered from a comprehensive workshop involving both the client, end users as well as the Swedish Customs – Tullverket. Collaborating closely with Postnord’s Innovation Lab, Julia and the team created a concept aimed at simplifying the complex process of exporting goods from Sweden to Norway. Julia was instrumental in developing a high-fidelity (HiFi) prototype for Postnord, which was designed to enhance the user experience significantly.
The primary objective of this assignment was not only to improve Postnord’s customer experience but also to broaden Postnord’s service offerings, particularly in the realm of e-commerce packages for small businesses.
Remarkably, within a span of just three weeks, Postnord had a fully developed product ready for implementation on their website. This rapid development cycle was a testament to the team’s efficiency and Julia’s exceptional design skills.
The success of this project was further underscored when it won the prestigious “Business Partner of the Year for IBM” award in the “Strategic Business of the Year” category at the IBM Business Partner Summit. This accolade recognized the outstanding implementation of the Export Assistance project for Postnord, highlighting the project’s strategic importance and innovative approach.
